KLY Cleaning Services, LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by KLY Cleaning Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving cleaning services from KLY Cleaning Services, LLC, you agree to the following terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling a service with KLY Cleaning Services, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our:
*Website
*Online booking platform
*Phone
*Email
*Third-party scheduling platforms
2. Services Provided
KLY Cleaning Services, LLC provides residential cleaning services including but not limited to:
*Standard cleaning
*Deep cleaning
*Move-in / Move-out cleaning
*Airbnb / vacation rental turnover cleaning
*Linen and laundry service
*Add-on services
The scope of work is limited to the services selected during booking.
Additional services requested at the time of cleaning may result in additional charges.
3. Booking Requirements
Clients must provide accurate information including:
*Property size
*Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
*Current property condition
*Access instructions
If incorrect information is provided, the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid using credit or debit card only due to our online booking system.
Accepted payment methods include:
*Major credit cards
*Major debit cards
We do not accept cash, checks, or peer-to-peer payment platforms.
By booking a service, the client authorizes KLY Cleaning Services, LLC to charge the card on file for:
*Scheduled services
*Approved add-ons
*Late cancellation fees
*Lockout fees
*Damage charges when applicable
Failure of payment authorization may result in cancellation of the appointment.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee may apply.
No-Show Policy
If cleaners arrive and cannot perform the service due to:
*No access to the property
*Locked property
The client may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
6. Lockout Fee
Clients must ensure cleaners have safe and timely access to the property.
If cleaners arrive and cannot enter the property, a lockout fee of up to $150 may be charged.
7. Property Access
Clients must provide access through one of the following:
*Door code
*Lockbox
*Key instructions
*On-site presence
Failure to provide proper access may result in cancellation fees.
8. Property Condition
Cleaning prices are based on a reasonable level of cleanliness.
If a property requires excessive cleaning due to:
*heavy buildup
*excessive trash
*bodily fluids
*hoarding conditions
Additional charges may apply or service may be declined.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
We may offer:
*A re-clean of the affected area
*A service credit
*Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.
10. Damage Reporting
If damage occurs during service:
1. The client must notify the Company within 24 hours
2. Photo evidence may be required
3. The Company will investigate the claim
The Company reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion.
The Company is not responsible for:
*Pre-existing damage
*Fragile or unsecured items
*Normal wear and tear
*Items not disclosed as fragile prior to service
11. Non-Solicitation of Cleaners
Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract directly with any cleaner introduced through KLY Cleaning Services, LLC.
This restriction applies during service and for 12 months following the last service appointment.
If a client hires a cleaner directly, a referral fee of $1,500 may apply.
This protects the Company’s training investment and staffing resources.
12. Independent Contractors
KLY Cleaning Services, LLC utilize independent cleaning professionals to perform services.
All cleaning professionals are background checked, vetted and insured to meet the Company’s standards.
13. Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Services
For Airbnb and vacation rental services:
Clients must ensure that:
*Checkout times allow sufficient cleaning time
*Access instructions are accurate
*Supplies for restocking are available if required
The Company is not responsible for guest damages or missing items.
14. Safety and Hazardous Conditions
For safety reasons, our cleaners do not perform:
*Biohazard cleanup
*Mold remediation
*Pest removal
*Hoarding cleanup
*Lifting heavy furniture or appliances
If a property is deemed unsafe, service may be declined.
15. Pets
Clients must secure aggressive or unsafe animals.
Cleaners reserve the right to leave the property if they feel unsafe due to pets.
16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By booking services, clients agree not to initiate a chargeback for services that were properly delivered.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting the Company first, the client may be responsible for:
*The disputed service amount
*Administrative fees
*Collection costs
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLY Cleaning Services, LLC shall not be liable for:
*Indirect damages
*Loss of business income
*Property damages not directly caused by the Company
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service.
18. Refusal of Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if:
*The property presents safety hazards
*Conditions are unsanitary or dangerous
*Clients behave in a threatening or abusive manner
19. Changes to Terms
KLY Cleaning Services, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
